SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

TSC Accounts Receivable Solutions (“TSC”) may send account-related text messages (SMS/MMS) to customers who provide valid consent. Messages may include payment reminders, account updates, verification or security notices, and customer service communications.

2. Opt-In

By selecting the text-message checkbox on our Communication Preferences form or otherwise providing written consent, you agree to receive automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not required to make a payment or to use our services.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After we receive your STOP request, we will send a confirmation text and stop sending messages to that number. You can also call (760) 444-5750 or email support@tsc-ars.com to opt out.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your account status and interactions with our messages.

6. Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. You are responsible for any charges from your carrier.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery

Our messages are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. Participation cannot be guaranteed by all networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility & Ownership

By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are 18 years of age or older (or have obtained appropriate authorization).

9. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

10. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in our text program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
